Indarung I Plant is the first cement factory in Southeast Asia. The factory was founded by a Dutch private company in 1910 in Indarung, Padang, Indonesia.
There are four important aspects why the Indarung I archives are valuable to be preserved and remembered by, especially people in the Asian region:
